Nottingham Post interviews star chef Atul Kochhar


ATUL Kochhar has become a food festival regular at MemSaab. In the nearly a decade since becoming the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, Atul, whose London restaurant Benares is a must-stop for lovers of creative Indian flavours, has led the charge as Indian restaurants establish themselves as purveyors of properly high-end cuisine. MemSaab Charity Dinner

MemSaab hosted their annual charity dinner on Sunday 18th September raising £17,753 for 3 charities, Kenya Children Centres, READ International and local homeless charity Framework. This brings the total amount donated to £79,360.
